Larger companies can keep their own IT staff and run their own

be good at providing IT help and are nromally knowledgeable in their
fields, but not always able to give companies the business support they
need.
- Large IT Support companies: Able to
offer good IT support for in depth Business use. They may be able to
source Hardware, but they tend to come at a High price. They may also
have a very large customer base, meaning you could be bottom of the
pile for support.
