£30 Diagnosis + Repair & Hardware charges (diagnosis charge will be reduced or removed altogether dependent on the repair required)

Call Out

• Initial £30 including first ½ Hour
• £20 per 30 minutes there after
• capped @ 2 hours
• Hardware is charged additionally
• Additional Visits for the same issue are at reduced rate 10% off
• ‘Same issue’ Visits must be within 5 days of resolution to qualify

£10 Connection Includes first 15 minutes

£2.50 per 5 minutes there after
